Com a estréia da 35ª série Super Sentai e o aniversário da franquia, Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, os heróis das séries foram relacionados numa lista oficial de 199 que contém os Rangers das primeiras 35 sentais: todos os membros principais e os primeiros 16 Guerreiros Adicionais (追加戦士, Tsuika Senshi) ou Sextos Rangers, se preferir.
Aka Red juntamente com 10 Guerreiros Extra também estão incluídos na lista. Além dos 199, Emiri Sanjyou, que vestiu um falso traje AbarePink em Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger, se gabou de que ela seria o 200º integrante. A principal lista do Super Sentai 199 é a relação que a Toei conta como oficial.
Os Guerreiros Extra (番外戦士, Bangai Senshi) são aliados das Sentais - similares a Rangers, mas não são classificados como tal. Podem ser parecidos com Rangers ou Mechas. Os heróis presentes na produção são: Signalman (CarRanger); Black Knight Hyuuga (Gingaman); DekaMaster e DekaSwan (DekaRangers); MagiMother e Wolzard Fire (MagiRanger); Great Sword Man Zubaan (Boukenger); Black Lion Rio e Confrontation Beast Chameleon-Fist Mele (GekiRanger); e Princess Shinken Red (Shinkenger).
Aka Red é o único guerreiro no Super Sentai 199 que não tem uma Ranger Key na série. Ninjaman é o único herói extra explicitamente mencionado em Gokaiger como tendo perdido a Guerra Lendária.
Outros Guerreiros Extra e Adicionais não estiveram presentes por razões que só podem ser especuladas. Apesar de Emi clamar ser a Sentai 200, se incluirmos Ninjaman, já que ele conta como um sentai oficial, essa honra vai para Gokai Silver. Mask X1 (Maskman) foi praticamente um protótipo de sexto membro sendo Dragon Ranger (ZyuRanger) considerado o primeiro 6º Ranger.
